Healthy Paleo Frappuccino

Hi. I’m Raia, and I like coffee. Though I don’t drink it every day, and I don’t usually drink more than half a cup, I really do enjoy it. Of course, if you’d ask my husband, he’d say I’m a pretender. According to him, I don’t like coffee, I like coffee flavored drinks. ‘Cause pretty much the only thing I use coffee for is to flavor my fancy drinks.
Ingredients
- (1 cup, fresh or cold brew) Coffee (or Dandy Blend)
- (1 cup) Milk of choice
- (1 tray (about 2 cups)) Coffee Ice Cubes
- (3-4 Tbsp, or liquid stevia) Raw Wildflower Honey - Pint
Directions
Place all the ingredients along with desired optional flavorings into a blender (I use my Blendtec).
Puree about a minute until thick and smooth.
NOTE
To make coffee ice cubes, simply fill a regular ice cube tray with your favorite coffee and stick in the freezer until solid. Voila! Coffee ice cubes. You’re welcome.
Options:
for vanilla: add a teaspoon of homemade vanilla (this vanilla is delicious, too)
for mocha: 2 tablespoons organic cocoa powder
for peppermint: 3/4 teaspoon peppermint extract
garnish with coconut whipped cream
