- (1 lb) Brussel Sprouts
- (lightly dusted over sprouts) Garlic salt
- (lightly dust sprouts) Salt
- (to taste) Black Pepper
- (1/4 tsp) Red Pepper Flakes
- (1 Tbsp) Italian Herb Seasoning
- (to coat) Olive oil
Preheat oven to broil.
Wash Brussels sprouts, chop in half, and place on 13×9 inch baking tray.
Drizzle with oil and rub all over.
Sprinkle with spices and broil for 5 minutes on high.
