About this time of year, the bags of fresh cranberries appear - ready to be made into sweet and tart cranberry sauce. Here is a sugar-free version. Adapt with your own favorite sweetener!

Ingredients
- (2 bags) Cranberries
- (1.5-2 cups) Water
- (1.5-2 tsp) Stevia powder
Directions
Wash cranberries and throw out any bad ones.
Add cranberries and water to saucepan and bring to boil.
Sprinkle stevia over mixture and stir in thoroughly.
Reduce heat and simmer for 15 minutes.
Refrigerate for 4 hours.
Serve chilled.
