Dehydrated Beet Snacks

This is a quirky, different snack, but tasty and healthy!
Ingredients
- (As many as you can!) Red Beets
- (1-2 inches) Water
Directions
Clean beets and place in dutch oven with water.
Cook in oven until fully done.
Cool, and remove skin and ends. Chop into 1-2in X 1/2 in pieces.
Place in a dehydrator until dehydrated to your liking.
Store in an airtight container and snack on whenever!
Be careful of the ends and corners of the pieces once dehydrated - they can be sharp and cause cuts in the mouth.
